Monthly Subscription Services
Our services are billed monthly in advance.
Because our plans include hosting, monitoring, maintenance, licensing, and ongoing technical support that begin immediately after payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further recurring payments will be charged.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Exceptional Refunds
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:
- You were charged more than once due to a billing error.
- A duplicate payment occurred.
- The service could not be provided due to an error on our side.
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Hosting services already provisioned
- Website maintenance already performed
- Support hours already provided
- Security updates and monitoring
- Third-party software licenses or services
- Work completed at the customer's request
