Scale Digital Services provides subscription-based website services, including but not limited to:
- Managed WordPress hosting
- Website maintenance
- Security updates
- SSL management
- Website backups
- Uptime monitoring
- Technical support
- Customer support assistance
- Minor website content updates
- Basic website configuration changes
The exact services included depend on the subscription plan purchased.
2. Subscription Billing
- Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider.
- Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of the service.
3. Support
- Unless otherwise specified, subscription plans include a limited number of support hours per billing period.
- Unused support hours do not roll over to future months.
- Additional work beyond the included support hours requires prior approval and may be billed separately.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information.
- Maintain access to any required third-party services.
- Respond to requests needed to complete support work.
- Maintain ownership or authorization for all website content.
5. Service Limitations
Subscription services do not include:
- New feature development
- Custom software development
- Major website redesigns
- Custom integrations
- Emergency work outside the subscription scope
- Third-party software or service fees unless explicitly included

6. Backups
We perform regular backups as part of our managed hosting services. Although we strive to maintain reliable backups, we cannot guarantee recovery in every circumstance.
7. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep websites available and operational.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Hosting provider outages
- Internet failures
- Third-party service interruptions
- Force majeure events
8. Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of all content, trademarks, and intellectual property provided by them. Scale Digital Services retains ownership of its proprietary tools, workflows, scripts, and internal systems.
9. Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Cancellation stops future recurring billing.
- Services remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scale Digital Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the previous one (1) month of service.
11. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time.
- The most recent version will always be available on our website.
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
